READ is working Erode District rural area for most marginalized communities (Dalits and Tribals) Adolescent girls and women.

Women are facing huge health and hygienic problem because of lack of health knowledge, therefore READ started Women Self Help Group with twelve women, those are from Ex-textile workers. This group had training and exposure on sanitary napkin production.

This group has managing production and marketing, specially supply to women societies, Self Help Groups and Textile industries adolescent girls.
