READ working for Adolescent girls, youths and Women in Erode District. Erode District are developing Textile Industrial Area, there are above 500 Garment factories. There is demand for work, also workers they don’t have skills, therefore READ has garment training centre. This training will be three month Course. This centre will teach poor women and youth make it skill person, after skill training READ will facilitate for job, they can earn monthly near 8000 Rupees to 10000 Rupees.
